How to Start Meditating

The benefits of meditation are becoming well known, but how do you get started?


We have some tips to get you started:

1. Decide! Identify why you want to start and just decide you are worth the time!

2. Pick a time of day that will be easy for you to meet your goal

3. Pick a quiet place. You can sit on a chair, cushion or even lay in bed (as long as you won't fall asleep).

3. Start with just 5 minutes a day and add on a few minutes each week

4. Set a timer

5. Find meditation support! There are many Aps out there that can guide you through your meditation.
